Telegram Privacy Options Telegram has a personal ‘Saved Messages’ space for each user. This is accessible from the left hamburger menu on the main screen. On desktop applications, chat folders are displays in the sidebar. In the mobile app, these folders are arranged in tabs that can be easily swiped between.
